Aida R. Babaeva: PhD in the specialty “rheumatology”, has been working in Volgograd State Medical University as head of the Faculty Therapy Department since July 1998. Educational and methodological process at the department is carried out at a high professional level (incl. in English). 43 educational and methodological manuals have been published under the editorship of Aida R. Babaeva and she is a co-author of 3 monographs.
Aida R. Babaeva actively conducts research work, the results of which are published in central and international scientific journals (incl. the Scopus database), were presented at all-Russian and international congresses. She is a chairman of the problem commission “internal diseases” and member of the Academic Council of the Medicine Faculty in Volgograd State Medical University. Regularly consults rheumatology patients, incl. from other regions of the Southern Federal District and North Caucasus Federal District. She is a member of the specialized commission for the specialty “rheumatology” of the Russian Ministry of Health, a member of the Board of the Association of Rheumatologists of Russia.
