Dr. Jia Li is a physician within the Department of Rheumatology at Renji Hospital, affiliated with Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine. She attained her medical degree from Southeast University, followed by a PhD in rheumatology from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Dr. Li’s expertise lies in exploring the pathological mechanisms and devising treatment strategies for systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), rheumatoid arthritis (RA), and myositis. Her research was featured on the cover of Arthritis and Rheumatism. Dr. Li’s work receives support from the Natural Science Foundation of China and the Ministry of Education of The People’s Republic of China. She served as a visiting scholar at Yale University. During this period，She focused on the discovery of small-molecule compounds for targeted therapy in autoimmune diseases. She has been honored with titles such as Outstanding Graduate of Shanghai Municipality and Excellent Young Physician of Shanghai.
